January 8, 2023 at 7:23 amAt the delivery ward, there were two kind of hospitality and care. The stuffs at night shift have attitude issues towards patients compared to the ones at the day. They don’t want to offer help yet they are being paid and the patients to pay a huge lump sum of fees to be treated. No comparison with a public hospital. Services and care need to be reviewed.

March 3, 2023 at 10:43 amMaternity ward was the worst for me. The nurses left me their immediately after giving birth. I was in so much pain, I was throwing up and no one was there to attend me. I almost died!! They were so rude!
6 months later I brought my 2 year old daughter, she had cut her finger. The Doctor tried to stitch her while she was still awake!! She was in so much pain she peed on herself. I have had the worst experience in Aga khan Kisumu especially with the staff. Many of my friends have shared the same.
I have been to Aga khan Mombasa. I gave birth to my firstborn their. They were very nice and friendly. same as Aga khan Nairobi.
Kisumu the worst!!!!
