December 20, 2022 at 11:34 amThe prime care is good in terms of cleanliness etc…but I’m abit disappointed because some nurses are really not keen on patient complains
my mum complained whole day and night about her operation wound bleeding…when I enquired from the nurses I was told they ordered for dressing stuff..whole of yesterday and night.nothing happened.
it is only in the morning that the doc has said that the wound is sepsis…yet we are paying for prime care!!!!! This is just negligence.
