Have been coming for treatment for more than 2yrs now but for the past 2week my child was admitted ,due to poor diagnosis and poor medication , led to lost of my only child after the discharge from the hospital.
I was harassed and mistreated by a receptionist who was shouting at me and he left me unattended.I was talking to her explaining the challenge I was facing but she left me talking to my self.she came back again shouting to and not ready to help me in anyway.she refused to direct me to offices of manager,hr,managed on duty or anyone who might be incharge of the hospital at that time and she said she can not allow me to talk with them she said she the one who is Incharge and she is the one with the final say.she is not supposed to be serving in any hospital.she played with my mind like I was a small child how irritating can she be to tell to take my documents from room 8so that she send me to a doctor of which I knew their was no doctor.I had explained to her I had gone to all doctors rooms looking for service but there was no single doctor I rushed to a doctor who I saw getting out from room 4 and he sent me to room 1 which didn’t have a doctor and I had communicated the same.if I happen to come to st john I don’t want to see this lady with short hair in reception she even refused to tell me her name when I asked.she humiliated me in the worst way ever,how does she get all the confidence to mishandle clients and civil servants.doctors living without handing over clients to night shift doctors is unacceptable.this on daily basis and management must be aware.check all cctvs and change everything that is not right .the receptionist and doctors must face disciplinary action.only Evans muriuki the dentist who is respectful to clients and he serves from heart.

Something is terribly wrong with you guys. From the experience,..i can comfortably say there’s a serious communication breakdown btn the Doctors n the Pharmacist. Misdiagnosis is almost certain in this hospital. If a patient or her handler is not careful to follow up on what is prescribed,… one can easily get wrong drugs or fail to b given whole doses.The management of this hospital should act quickly b4 life is lost.
