September 8, 2022 at 9:54 ammy daughter was admited there for 4 days.we had a bill of 28k but you requested NHIF to approve ksh 69500.that is called fraud and exploitation of patients.i called yr staff and after seeing my complained,he hanged on the phone.i need explanation.

May 5, 2023 at 7:18 pmI was really disappointed today after coming to your facility Bungoma branch….qued after taking my ticket number….I was given services at reception section who referred me to triage then the problem started after triage where I had been referred to Room1 to see a doctor….I waited and after queing for alot of time then I was happy that I was next to enter the room…then booom one of your staff came took all the AON forms and I was told that I should allow others who came 1st but had requested to see a privated doc come in and I will enter later because I had requested to see a general doctor…I was disappointed took my minet form and went back home with it.

I slept in the cold with a sick child just because my insurance was rejected. Not even a painkiller that I was willing to pay for in cash.
This is a money making organisation not a hospital.
