Ladnan Hospital is a private level 5 healthcare facility that was established in 2011. The hospital is located in Pangani area in Nairobi on Nyambene Road, off Juja Road.
We had our mother admitted for five days ending 16th May 2023. The nurses are doing a great job and despite the challenging environment, they’re always smiling.
Our terrible experience was with the reception staff. We did all required paperwork on admission including NHIF however as mum was a stretcher case, they couldn’t get her fingerprint. I believe there’s option of OTP through the phone she registered and this was not done. We basically lost the NHIF cover. The sad part is that account kept me waiting for 2 hours instead of coming out and saying sorry, this was not done.
