I really appreciate this guys for commendable work.God bless you all n a special thank you to the Othorpedics and physiotherapy unit ❤ u bought my smile back I can walk well again.
Had the worst experience here. Having been given a card written urgent from the ANC but still had to wait for a long period at the scans. Saw a mother bleeding but no attention given simply because the names got misspelled… Really is saving the life of the baby she was loosing or name more important??? Someone should explain the meaning of ” urgent”.Money minded. Watch Women at door 13 really rude. They don’t listen to any explanations.Clearly you have been sent to room 13 but they make you follow a line to another room and if you don’t follow their terms they don’t submit your card, urgent or not. Really disappointed. Washrooms are have stained to brownish color from a level 5 hospital, this level of toilet hygiene is questionable and disappointing. What of the infections you guys educate the public on…? or it’s preaching water while drinking wine?
Does not even qualify for a one-star rating. Absymal r customer service especially at the laboratory. Very long waiting time also and wastage of money because in my case I left before I could get the services I paid for due to a panic attack. Ohh, yeah the laboratory staff caused this by treating me horribly . Let’s talk about the terrible washrooms ohh my!, they don’t even have doors! I’ve never had such an awful experience in an hospital honestly. Anyways at least the nurse at the lab and the lady at the registration tent had good customer service. I hope I’ll never have to go there ever again.

Waiting time too long and mostly money minded.
Would recommend getting a second opinion afterwards.
