December 13, 2023 at 5:47 pmToday 13.12.2023, I visited Kijabe hospital, Westlands. I was thereby 11:45 to see a gynae. I registered went down stairs to pick my phone. I then waited for over an hour to be called. On asking the girl was like ” I called you many times, you didn’t answer.” why couldn’t she put a star on the name and call every like 5 or 10 minutes.
2. I was there to collect my lab results and charged a whole shs. 3,000. This is very unfair cos I did not choose to collect the results at a later date, but had been told the results would be ready In 2 weeks.
3. The laboratory results were not even available, with no reason at all, am supposed to go back coming Saturday to check. Am I expected to pay again? Can the staff be courteous enough? Can the quality of service be improved?
